Mark O’sullivan
Mark is from Cork in the Republic of Ireland. He has been working in the development field for the last 20 years with a particular emphasis on forming public private partnerships with the governments of the countries he has worked with.
In Bulgaria the organisation which he led was the first NGO to close down an institution for people with disabilities and set up community based care as an alternative. The same organisation is now a leader in the field and government advisor in the area of de-institutionalisation.
Mark is an ordained accredited Baptist Minister and holds a degree in Theology. He is also an experienced and qualified youth worker.
